• Take the NE 124th Street/Totem Lake Boulevard Exit (20B); stay to the right
• and follow the Totem Lake Boulevard Exit.
• Proceed straight from the stoplight, up the hill to NE 128th Street and take a right at the stoplight.
• Drive past the main entrance to the hospital and continue on the road as it curves north and becomes 124th Avenue NE.
• When you come to the stop sign, turn left into the Blue Parking Garage (the parking garage entrance is located across the street from the Evergreen Hospice Center).

Southbound on 1-405

• Take the NE 124th Street Exit (20); turn left onto 124th Street.
• Take a left at Totem Lake Boulevard/124th Avenue NE.
• Proceed to 120th Avenue NE and take a right; go up the hill to NE 128th Street and take a right at the stoplight.
• Drive past the main entrance to the hospital and continue on the road as it curves north and becomes 124th Avenue NE.
